Spring is in full swing and that means Baskin-Robbins is rolling out new products for the season.
The ice cream chain revealed that Caramel Macchiato is its new Flavor of the Month for April. The coffee-flavored ice cream features real espresso flakes and a salted caramel ribbon to compliment the flavor.
It’s currently available at U.S. locations.
In addition to the new Flavor of the Month, Baskin-Robbins unveiled the Ganache Egg cake. The ice cream cake is frosted in ganache, giving it a nice chocolate flavor to it.

The new-look cake can be ordered with any ice cream selection available at locations and gets topped with a white-frosted coating. The cake will certainly put a smile on everyone’s face as they enjoy a delicious desert following their Easter Sunday meal.
“We are so excited about this year’s new and returning Easter ice cream cake options,” said Jeanne Bolger, Director of Culinary Innovation for Baskin-Robbins via press release.
“We love to be guests’ go-to spot for holidays and everyday celebrations, and we know the Ganache Egg Cake and Fluffy Bunny Cake will be a hit for Easter entertaining. We’re also pleased to be introducing our new April Flavor of the Month, Caramel Macchiato, which was originally offered at Baskin-Robbins shops internationally.”
Guests can order the cake ahead of time to ensure pickup prior to Sunday.
