Pepsi Blue spotted on shelves as it makes its return

It’s officially back!

For the first time since 2004, Pepsi Blue will be available for purchase at retail stores in the United States making it’s long awaited return. PepsiCo announced the good news on Thursday in an email, revealing that the beverage will start to hit shelves on May 3.

It will be available for purchase “everywhere that Pepsi products are sold,” the company said, calling the announcement “a Throwback Thursday for the ages.” Pepsi said “passionate Pepsi Blue fans have been clamoring for the return of their beloved berry cola” for years.

The blue berry-flavored soda will be available in 20-oz bottles as well as 16-oz 6 packs and 16.9-oz 8 packs every where Pepsi products are sold. While the company announced that it will hit shelves beginning on May 3rd, a few people have already spotted it on shelves here in late April.
